telecommunications and information technology sectors

telecommunications and information technology sectors
Last couple of years have been a bit tough for the telecommunications and information technology sectors, not in terms of growth but due to dip in its credibility in view of scams. However, multinational firms as well as Indian companies have continued to repose faith in these two high-growth sectors.
Telecom sector, particularly mobile telephony, has done exceptionally well in the last decade as teledensity has now crossed 66 per cent from under 4 per cent in March 2001, with over 75 crore mobile connections. However, broadband connections that currently stand at over 1-crore have been a bit of a dampener. But now government is focusing on wireless broadband that would further boost economic growth.
With huge investments made in the auction of 3G and Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) spectrum, operators are looking at some incentives from Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in his Budget proposals for 2011-12.
As the telecom sector is expected to constitute 15 per cent of India's GDP in few years, it needs focus attention and support of government through various financial measures. “The government should restore tax holiday to meet ever-growing need of building and improvising the telecommunication network, while minimum alternate tax (MAT) rate should be rationalised. We need more clarity on withholding tax issues to ensure unhindered growth of the sector,” said Hemant Joshi of consultancy firm Deloitte Haskins & Sells.
The telecom sector has also demanded special service tax exemptions in order to encourage development of new applications, research and design, and contribution to universities and centres of excellence.
To encourage rural inclusion drive of government, excise duty and other tax exemptions should be granted to telecom manufacturers for supply in rural areas, State level entry tax should be removed on IT equipment and SIM cards brought into the State,” he added.
Broadband penetration

To boost broadband penetration, operators are seeking waiver of service tax, besides other fiscal incentives. Companies have urged Mr. Mukherjee to give some tax concessions so that they could lessen the burden of investments they have made in recent months.
To boost manufacturing and increase sales of telecom equipment, the government needs to announce more incentives and give tax breaks. “Immediate implementation of GST is required to ensure a standard VAT across the States to check tax evasion, while the duty on mobile accessories like chargers and batteries needs to be rationalised,” said Arshit Pathak, a senior functionary of China-based G'Five International that recently captured third position in the Indian mobile market, which today is around 40-lakh units a month.
Tablet is an emerging product category and has a huge potential in digitalisation of education and help bridge digital divide. This product should be treated like a communication device and not an IT device and duty should be rationalised accordingly. It will be great initiative towards digital education,” Mr. Pathak added.
For IT industry, the biggest challenge is to get the tax incentives back which were taken away last year. “Though many companies and industry associations have recommended STPI benefits to continue for a longer period and to be treated on a par with SEZ (Special Economic Zones) benefits, one-year extension will be extremely helpful,” said Rolta's Chief Financial Officer Hiranya Ashar.
“Similarly, the MAT regime started with a tax rate of 7.5 per cent of book profits, and now this rate has been increased to a whopping 20 per cent. This rate is certainly too high and has a big impact on cash flow of all companies, including on non-IT sector companies,” he added. Also, more clarity was needed on the indirect tax front as to how software should be taxed, whether it is services or goods. This issue gets addressed with the introduction of GST, which needs to be addressed urgently, Mr. Ashar added.

A new Anti-Cancer Supplement that is very cheap!    (gentle + healthy: no side effects)

Flavonoids are compounds from fruits and vegetables. These compounds cause fruits to have a nice color. Strawberries are red because it contains a flavonoid.
Scientists are interested in flavonoids, because they have many (health improving) abilities. Flavonoids are antioxidants too. They can also protect against radiation.Flavonoids can also work against cancer. Has anyone ever told you that fruits and vegetables are healthy? It's because of the flavonoids.
A very important flavonoid is Quercetin. This flavonoid is present in almost all fruits and vegetables. It's also the most potent flavonoid against cancer.

Quercetin against cancer

Quercetin is the strongest of all flavonoids if it's about how good it works against cancer. It's the most potent. Quercetin does not dissolve well in water. Vitamin C helps against this. This is why if you want to use Quercetin against cancer, you should always dissolve it in Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid). Ascorbic acid also makes Quercetin work better, prevents it's breakdown and increases it's absorption, amplifying it's anti-cancer effect!
Quercetin is also very cheap. You can get it in many vitamin stores and on internet for only approximately 10 dollars (minimal
5 dollars
).
Quercetin + Vitamin C should always be taken with Green Tea Extract (EGEC, catechin) for much stronger anti-cancer effect.

What makes Quercetin so special?

The naturally occuring flavonoid Quercetin, that comes from fruits and vegetables, kills cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unharmed. It even protects healthy cells and keeps them healthy. Killing cancer cells eradicates tumors (tumors consists of cancer cells). How this is done...

Quercetin is a compound that is structurally related to resveratrol, the compound that could extend life in rats.

It should also be mentioned that Quercetin is useful for cancer prevention. For example it can prevent cancer from reoccuring or prevent cancer from starting.

Where to find these supplements

You can find Quercetin and Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - the anti-cancer compounds/ supplements - in vitamin stores and from the internet. See:

There are many sources for Quercetin and Vitamin C. You can also look for Quercetin in your own country. Just go to www.google.net, click the pages from your own country option and then search for "Quercetin", "Buy Quercetin", "Quercetin 500 mg" or "Quercetin+mg".

Fruits and vegetables contain only minimum amounts of Quercetin, while supplements contain high amounts of Quercetin. Therefore only supplements are expected to be effective against cancer.

Note: We do not earn anything out of sales. We are an independent, non-commercial website, only advocating the use of these supplements.

Instructions

To make optimal use of Quercetin you should follow these instructions:

Take a half liter of water in a bottle. Add 250-1000 mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) and wait until it's well dissolved. Open a capsule containing Quercetin (250-500 mg) and sprinkle the entire content in this water. Shake well. If all goes well you will see a yellow solution. Now you are done. The mix is ready for consumption. If Vitamin C is already in the capsule, all you have to do is open the capsule and dissolve it in a half liter of water.
Drink the mix slowly (take a sip every 15 minutes). You can repeat mixing the Quercetin with vitamin C every 8 hours. Later you can take a higher dosage such as 1000 mg Quercetin with 1000-2000 mg Vitamin C. You can also use double the amount of Vitamin C such as 1000-2000 mg Vitamin C and 500 mg Quercetin. The maximum dosage is 1000 mg Quercetin and 2000 mg Vitamin C taken every 8 hours. Only use ascorbic acid and not any modified Vitamin C such as sodium ascorbate or it may not work. The Quercetin should preferentially be powder form. Do not use granulated Quercetin, because it does not dissolve well. If Natrol, NSI or Twinlab Quercetin + C is used, that already has Vitamin C added, no additional Vitamin C is needed. The green tea extract should be mixed with ascorbic acid as well for enhanced absorption.

Safety

If you choose to use Quercetin with ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), you should always discuss this with your doctor. There could be interactions with other medications. You should always use supplements under guidance of a doctor. If there are any side effects, you should always report that to your doctor.
It's also wise to start with a low dosage. For example start with 100 mg Quercetin a day and slowly build up to 500 mg Quercetin a day for example.
Warning! Skipping conventional treatments (in favor of supplements such as this one) can have serious consequences.
More information....
Here are some warnings and precautions.

A way to make Quercetin MUCH (80+ times) more potent against cancer

According to this theory flavonoids such as Quercetin actually work on free radicals. They are fueled on free radicals. So, if we provide flavonoids with more free radicals they can kill many more cancer cells. This is what makes it a good idea to combine flavonoids with free radical generating methods. For example, radiation is converted to free radicals, so if this therapy is combined with radiation therapy it will bemuch more effective. Many kinds ofchemotherapy also generate free radicals. Using EGCG (a source of free radicals) along with the mix can also work. Combining Quercetin + Vitamin C with free radicals can make it more then 80+ times more potent!
Adding free radicals to the Quercetin + Vitamin C mix can make it become very potent in treating cancer.

Warning!

Testimonials and scientific studies indicate that Quercetin + Vitamin C should always be used in combination with free radical methods (especially cisplatin/ carboplatin) for best results. We encourage you to report back to us the results.
If you add free radicals to the Quercetin + Vitamin C mix, please start with a low dosage first (1/10th of the normal dosage). For example start with 100 mg Quercetin + 200 mg Vitamin C. We recommend doing so under a doctor's guidance.

Agronomie

AGRONOMIE

Google person finder launched for N.Z. quake

Google has launched a version of its "person finder" database to help people in New Zealand find loved ones after a devastating earthquake.
The 6.3-magnitude earthquake struck Christchurch, the country's second-largest city, at 12:51 p.m. local time Tuesday (6:51 p.m. ET Monday), killing 65 people and trapping dozens of others.

As of 12:10 p.m. ET Tuesday, there were 5,400 records in the Christchurch 2011 version of Google's service, which allows people to:
  • Post information about whether someone is safe, missing or injured.
  • Search for information posted by others, including information posted in other registries using a common data format called PFIF.
The programming tool used to make person finder databases was built by Google engineers in response to the January 2010 earthquake in Haiti. It has since been used in earthquakes in Chile and China and in the Pakistan floods.

learn Naturopathy and science

Naturopathy has been a recurrent topic on this blog. The reasons should be obvious. Although
homeopathy is the one woo to rule them all in the U.K. and much of Europe, here in the U.S. homeopathy is not nearly as big a deal. Arguably, some flavor of naturopathy is the second most prevalent “alternative medical system” here, after chiropractic of course. Indeed, some sixteen states and five Canadian provinces license naturopaths in some form, and in some states naturopaths are fighting for, and in some cases winning, the power to prescribe certain real pharmaceutical medications and order real medical tests. For instance, in California, naturopaths can order laboratory tests and X-rays, which reminds me of a conversation I had with a mammographer from California at TAM last summer. He told me a tale of the dilemma he had when naturopaths and other “alt-med” practitioners ordered tests at his facilities. Specifically, the dilemma came about because he doubted that the naturopath knew what to do with the results. Meanwhile, in Oregon, naturopaths can prescribe certain types of pharmaceutical drugs (as opposed to the usual supplements, herbs, or homeopathic remedies they normally prescribe). Meanwhile, moves are under way to expand the prescribing privileges of naturopaths in Canada, as Ontario (which is, remember, just across the Detroit River, less than two and a half miles from my cancer center as the crow flies—a truly frightening thought).
Unfortunately, naturopathy is a hodge-podge of mostly unscientific treatment modalities based on vitalism and other prescientific notions of disease. As a result, typical naturopaths are more than happy in essence to “pick one from column A and one from column B” when it comes to pseudoscience, mixing and matching treatments including traditional Chinese medicine, homeopathy, herbalism, Ayurvedic medicine, applied kinesiology, anthroposophical medicine, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, Bowen Technique, and pretty much any other form of unscientific or prescientific medicine that you can imagine. Despite that, naturopaths crave the imprimatur of science. They represent what they do as being science-based, and they’ve even set up research institutes, much like the departments, divisions, and institutes devoted to “complementary and alternative medicine” (CAM) that have cropped up on the campuses of legitimate medical schools and academic medical centers like so many weeds poking through the cracks in the edifice of science-based medicine. Naturopaths also really, really don’t like it when they hear criticism that their “discipline” is not science-based. Indeed, the president of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, Carl Hangee-Bauer, ND, LAc (he’s an acupuncturist, too!), wrote a revealing post on the AANP blog entitled Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

Science. You keep using that term. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Mind Control-The Ultimate Terror

Mind Control-The Ultimate Terror: "Mind Control
The Ultimate Terro"

The topic of mind control is elaborate, multifaceted, and multi layered. For the casual reader, it can quickly become numbing, overwhelming the senses and creating a desire to exit the topic, but avoiding this subject is the most foolish thing you could possibly do since your only chance of surviving this hideous and insidious enslavement agenda, which today threatens virtually all of humanity, isto understand how it functions and take steps to reduce your vulnerability.

The plans to create a mind controlled workers society have been in place for a long time. The current technology grew out of experiments that the Nazis started before World War II and intensified during the time of the Nazi concentration camps when an unlimited supply of children and adults were available for experimentation. We've heard about the inhumane medical experiments performed on concentration camp prisoners, but no word was ever mentioned by the media and the TV documentaries of the mind control experiments. That was not to be divulged to the American public. Mind control technologies can be broadly divided into two subsets: trauma-based or electronic-based.

The first phase of government mind control development grew out of the old occult techniques which required the victim to be exposed to massive psychological and physical trauma, usually beginning in infancy, in order to cause the psyche to shatter into a thousand alter personalities which can then be separately programmed to perform any function (or job) that the programmer wishes to"install". Each alter personality created is separate and distinct from the front personality. The 'front personality' is unaware of the existence or activities of the alter personalities. Alter personalities can be brought to the surface by programmers or handlers using special codes, usually stored in a laptop computer. The victim of mind control can also be affected by specific sounds, words, or actions known as triggers.

The second phase of mind control development was refined at an underground base below Fort Hero on Montauk , Long Island (New York) and is referred to as the Montauk Project. The earliest adolescent victims of Montauk style programming, so called Montauk Boys, were programmed using trauma-based techniques, but that method was eventually abandoned in favor of an all-electronic induction process which could be "installed" in a matter of days (or even hours) instead of the many years that it took to complete trauma-based methods.

Dr. Joseph Mengele of Auschwitz notoriety was the principle developer of the trauma-basedMonarch Project and the CIA'sMK Ultra mind control programs. Mengele and approximately 5, 000 other high ranking Nazis were secretly moved into the United States and South America in the aftermath of World War II in an Operation designated Paperclip. The Nazis continued their work in developing mind control and rocketry technologies in secret underground military bases. The only thing we were told about was the rocketry work with former Nazi star celebrities like Warner Von Braun. The killers, torturers, and mutilators of innocent human beings were kept discretely out of sight, but busy in U.S. underground military facilities which gradually became home to thousands upon thousands of kidnapped American children snatched off the streets (about one million per year) and placed intoiron bar cages stacked from floor to ceiling as part of the 'training'. These children would be used to further refine and perfect Mengele's mind control technologies. Certain selected children (at least the ones who survived the 'training') would become future mind controlled slaves who could be used for thousands of different jobs ranging anywhere from sexual slavery to assassinations. A substantial portion of these children, who were considered expendable, were intentionally slaughtered in front of (and by) the other children in order to traumatize the selected trainee into total compliance and submission.

Mind Control 'Programmed' Individuals
The lone gunman that we hear about in assassinations, assassination attempts, school shootings, etc. are mind controlled individuals who had been 'programmed' to carry out those missions. Ted Bundy, the 'Son of Sam' serial killer David Berkowitz, Oswald, Timothy McVeigh, the Columbine shooters, Chapman, Sirhan Sirhan, etc. were mind controlled individuals who were programmed to perform these killings. Tens of thousands of young teenage boys were kidnapped and forced into the mind control training program called The Montauk Project starting around 1976. Al Bielek, under mind control, was involved in many areas of the secret Montauk Project. After slowly recovering his memories beginning in the late 1980's, he came to realize that there were at least 250,000 mind controlled "Montauk Boys' produced at 25 different facilities similar to the underground base at Montauk, Long Island. Many of these boys were to become 'sleepers' who are individuals who were programmed to go into action at a later date when properly "triggered" to engage in some sort of destructive or disruptive conduct. Other Montauk Boys were woven into the fabric of mainstream American life as journalists, radio & TV personalities, businessmen, lawyers, medical professionals, judges, prosecutors, law enforcement, military men, etc.

Brice Taylor is the pseudonym for Susan Ford, one of the highest level MK Ultra mind controlled victims to ever come forward and reveal her story. It took her nearly 13 years to recover the memories of the events that she reveals in her book, Thanks for The Memories (published in May 1999). Her memories began to return in sporadic fragments in1985, following a car accident that threw her through the windshield of her car after hitting a tree. It wasn't really an accident as much as a result of mind control programming which compelled her to commit suicide if she began to recover critical memories about her role as a top level NASA/CIA mind controlled 'asset' who was used as a sex slave and message (or drug) courier for every president from Kennedy to Clinton and wasHenry Kissinger's personal secretary/human computer (file storage and retrieval) for over 19 years. Her 'owner/handler' was comedian Bob Hope and she was 'loaned out' to many famous and well known entertainment personalities in order to oblige them to be beholding to and manipulated by Hope and his Illuminati pals so they could be used as "worker bees' to help usher in the Luciferian, New World Order. Her book is probably the most revealing account to date of well known, national personalities in both politics and the entertainment industry who are involved in the handling, programming, control, manipulation, and abuse of Illuminati/government created human robots like Brice or other, well known celebrity/mind control victims such as Barbara Striesand and Barbara Mandrel. The book's Table of Contents alone will give you an idea of the incredible number of nationally known names that Brice had been involved with from childhood into adulthood as a mind controlled slave. In my opinion, Thanks for The Memories and the two co-authored Illuminati Formula books of Cisco Wheeler and Fritz Springmeir (see below) are the three most important and revealing books in print on the subject of Illuminati mind control and should be read by every concerned and thinking human being

on this planet, for they reveal how the Illuminati mind control programs are accomplished and how they can be broken, allowing the victim to escape from its control.

Science, Evolution, and Creationism[1] is a publication by the United States National Academy of Sciences. The book's authors intended to provide a current and comprehensive explanation of evolution and "its importance in the science classroom".[2] The book, published on January 3, 2008, is available as a free PDF file on the National Academies Press website.[3]
Science, Evolution, and Creationism differs from prior National Academy of Sciences publications regarding creation and evolution in public education‎ and the creation-evolution controversy; it is intended "specifically for the lay public", devoting much of its space to "explaining the differences between science and religion, and asserting that acceptance of evolution does not require abandoning belief in God."[4][5] The book provides statements from notable biologists and clergy members to support the claim that "attempts to pit science and religion against each other create controversy where none needs to exist."[5]
The authors of Science, Evolution, and Creationism, who include Francisco J. Ayala and Bruce Alberts, highlight developments in evolutionary biology and its relevance to the study of emerging infectious diseases, the 2006 discovery of the transitional fossil Tiktaalik, and the application of evolutionary theory in many areas of science and engineering beyond biology.[6]
The book was released as several states, particularly Texas and Florida, considered revisions in state science standards.[7]

The pro-intelligent design organization, the Discovery Institute, states that Science, Evolution, and Creationism "completely misrepresent[s] intelligent design" and "exaggerates the success of evolution".[8] Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, argues that Science, Evolution, and Creationism "ignores" criticism of "Darwinism".[9]

In an interview on NBC, Glenn Branch, deputy director of the National Center for Science Education, called the publication "a definitive statement from a leading scientific authority about the scientific bankruptcy of intelligent design creationism."[10]
Praise for the publication was received from Lawrence Krauss[11] and editorials in Nature,[12] New Scientist,[13] and several newspapers.[10
